Swirl
Leafy Grass, also called Classy Grass, is a worm. Classy Grass is going to the local earthworm barber to have his bald head cleaned and polished. Along the way he espies a human, a girl, sitting in the middle of the Blackthorn Forest embroidering a handkerchief. Suddenly, a loud yelling voice coming from outside the forest interrupts the quietude and startles the girl. She drops the handkerchief and takes off running in the opposite direction. A fashion enthusiast, hence, the nickname Classy, Leafy crawls towards the abandoned piece of cloth. He claims it and drags it home. “What a fine blanket this will make,” Leafy Grass muses. Just then, his bossy older brother Tall Grass admonishes him, saying, “Did you steal from the humans again?” Leafy is just about to answer when a huge shadow falls over Tall Grass, followed by a foot, squishing Tall Grass to death.
