A curation of vintage t-shirts from my personal collection, this catalogue reads as a kind of visual essay, about how I got into the culture and how it is changing my life. The hunt for every t-shirt is a thrill and each shirt tells a story. It may only be an old worn shirt to one person, but to me, it is more than just about an appreciation of style. It’s a way of life.
A Way of Life
I don’t need much convincing to be sold on a great idea. I analyze it, take it apart, and rework the idea until its foundation is absolutely solid. I go through phases every now and then that are very niche oriented. I study everything I can until I know all the secrets and am soon an expert on the subject. Vintage t-shirt research came out of left field and I became completely hooked. I am proud to say that I now have one of the finest collections of vintage Nike t-shirts on the planet. Day in, day out, I search for and find the rarest t-shirts out there, exploiting the internet in every conceivable way. Possessing the skills of a designer, I intend to change the way vintage t-shirts are sourced and purchased on the internet, designing a one-stop-shop platform where people from around the globe can buy and sell top-of-the-line vintage t-shirts.
